Our workshop services

A basic range of repair and service services is always available in all workshops. What sometimes differentiates the workshops are certain special services. Malte Månson is constantly working to train its mechanics and equip its workshops to offer more and more services at all its sites.

AC

We are accredited and service and repair all common AC systems on trucks, vans and buses. Remember, you can also test that your AC system is really working to its full potential by doing a functional check at our workshops.

Alcolocks

As an accredited installer, we also offer calibration, upgrading, repair, inspection and service of alcolocks.

Road printer

The majority of our workshops are authorised by the leading manufacturers of tachographs, such as VDO and Stoneridge. We offer installation, service and repairs for both digital and analogue systems.

We are also authorised for the new 1C smart tachographs. We therefore carry out replacement, installation checks and periodic checks at all authorised workshops.

Glass

Rock chips that obstruct the view of your vehicle are fixed by our glass-trained mechanics. We both repair and replace glass panes.

Wheel axle measurement

The right wheel alignment reduces both fuel and tyre costs, while protecting the environment. You can save up to 8% on fuel consumption and get more than 30% longer tyre life with the right wheel alignment.*

Service & repair of trucks

With the help of diagnostic instruments, we manage all new technologies on all existing heavy brands on the market. Today we have original instruments for MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Scania and Volvo. For other makes we use a well-known universal instrument.

Service & repair of garbage trucks

One of Malte Månson's specialist services is the servicing and repair of refuse collection vehicles. We have a high level of expertise to ensure that the garbage trucks roll tightly and leak-free for a long time and without unnecessary downtime. We currently work with several major players in waste management in several locations in Sweden.

Repair shop

We work with damage repairs, such as painting, frame alignment, chassis alignment, sheet metal work and cabinet repairs and much more. We also have an ongoing nationwide cooperation with one of Sweden's largest insurance companies, but of course we can help you regardless of which insurance company you and your company have.

We are accredited by Swedac to extinguish 2's that occur during inspections.

Supplementary heat

Malte Månson installs, services and repairs both fuel-powered and electric heaters. We can offer a smart solution for most vehicles. Today, many diesel vehicles are already equipped with heaters, which can easily be upgraded with remote or telephone start.

Heavy cold

We are accredited for "heavy duty refrigeration" and have authorization for most manufacturers of transport refrigeration systems, for example with Thermo King, Cargobull, Frigoblock, Carrier and Hultstein. We carry out installation, service, repair and annual inspection on trucks, trailers and buses of all makes and models. In addition, we also have advantageous service agreements.
